How does the subscription activate after payment?

As soon as the payment succeeds we find your ClickTV account by phone number and extend the subscription for the full term you paid for. If there is no account yet, one is created automatically — just sign in to the ClickTV app with the same number.

Why is a longer term cheaper?

Paying for several months at once locks the price and earns a discount: 5% for three months, 10% for six and 20% for a year. On a yearly subscription a month of watching costs a fifth less than usual.

Will I be charged again when the term ends?

No. This is a one-off payment for the term you choose and auto-renewal is not enabled. When the term ends it's your call whether to renew.

How many devices can I watch on?

One subscription works on 5 different devices: smart TVs, phones, tablets, computers and set-top boxes. Several screens can watch at the same time.

What if the subscription doesn't appear?

Update the ClickTV app and check that you signed in with the same number you entered at checkout. If it's still missing after 15 minutes, call ClickTV support on +998 55 516 2111 and quote the order number from the payment page.

Can I pay from a different Click account?

Yes. The number you enter on the site decides which ClickTV account gets the subscription; the payment itself can come from any card or Click wallet.
